HV CAMP Jazz Combos
The HV CAMP Jazz Combos are made up of some of the best jazz musicians in the greater Hopewell Valley. Their mission is twofold:
The combos are under the direction of Jack Furlong.
Instrumentation will vary based on the musicians who join. Some combos may be a traditional jazz quartet (which might be a saxophone, a piano, a bass, and drums), while other combos may be bigger or smaller.
The combos rehearse Tuesdays from 8-9:30pm during all seasons in Titusville. Specific information for the combos is distributed in the form of a syllabus at the first rehearsal each season.
- To uphold the general mission statement of HV CAMP.
- To provide educational permutations of jazz groups in a studio environment that allow jazz musicians to rehearse and perform.
