Hopewell Valley Brass Ensemble

Picture
The Hopewell Valley Brass Ensemble is a unique group under the umbrella of HV CAMP, as it consists (obviously) of only brass instruments!  Its mission is twofold:
  • To uphold the general mission statement of HV CAMP.
  • To provide brass musicians and the community the opportunity to rehearse, perform, and enjoy music written specifically for various permutations of brass.

The ensemble is under the direction of Jack Furlong.

All competent musicians age 15 years old or older are eligible to join.  Instrumentation is all brass and permutations thereof, including trumpets, French horns, trombones, euphoniums, trombones, baritone horns, and tubas.

The ensemble rehearses Sundays in the Spring and Fall season from 5:15-6:30pm.  Specific information for the group is distributed in the form of a syllabus at the first rehearsal each season.
